However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. the sofa sleeper was stained and uncomfortable, and I found residue on the carpet and curtains, raising concerns about overall hygiene.

This place was just a great match for a transient stop in Rockwall with great value. The manager was very persistent in checking on us which made us feel like they cared about our stay. Just be clear about your preferences to avoid any awkward moments with staff.
